"Slow Rivers" est un très beau duo qu'Elton John chanta sur l'album "Leather Jackets" avec Cliff Richard. Cette chanson sortira en 45-tours en novembre 1986, comme second extrait du disque, en Angleterre.
Peu de succès pour ce duo, malgré tout c'est la meilleure chanson de l'album, qui pour tout dire est réellement le plus mauvais de la carrière d'Elton John, avec "Victim of Love".
